Why was my card declined?

DiplomaSender accepts the following payment options. We do not store your card information, and we do not know why the card was declined. If you see a hold on your card for a declined charge, they will drop off in 3 banking days.

 

Double check that your card number, and CCV code are correct.

 

The most common causes for a card to be declined is the Address Verification Service (AVS). Ensure that your billing address is correct. AVS requires a United States card issuer.

 

Your bank / credit card issuer may be able to provide additional information regarding why a card was declined.

DiplomaSender is not able to provide additional information regarding why a card was declined.
