What is a Publisher ID Number?

A publisher ID number is a unique identifier assigned to each test taker when they test with GEDTS, HiSET or TASC.

 

GEDTS ID

A GEDTS ID can be found in your account on https://ged.com or by calling +1 877-392-6433.

The GEDTS ID is a 16 digit number.

e.g. 20140324-1234-1234

 

HiSET ID

A HiSET ID can be found in your account on https://hiset.org or by calling +1 855-694-4738.

The HiSET ID may be several different formats.

If you tested after 10-3-2022, the ID may begin with an "H", then proceeded by 7 numbers
e.g. H1234567

If you tested before 10-3-2024, the ID may be a combination of characters and numbers that is 8 characters long.
e.g. 1ABC2345

 

TASC ID

A TASC ID is a 9 digit number.

e.g. 123-123-123
