Why didn't my documents arrive?

If your documents did not arrive, their are different solutions depending on how they were delivered.

 

Emails

DiplomaSender automatically checks if an email is undeliverable or was not downloaded and the access code expired.

In either case, DiplomaSender will automatically add replacement documents to your account. These replacement documents must be used within 45 days or they expire.

 

USPS

First Class

DiplomaSender will automatically add replacement documents to your account when USPS returns the documents as undeliverable. These replacement documents must be used within 45 days or they expire.

 

If it has been 14 days since your documents were shipped, and you believe they have been lost, report your mail as lost from bottom of any page under Resources then Missing Mail.

 

Priority Mail Express

Priority Mail Express orders include tracking information.
