How do I reset my password?

1. If you need to reset your password, the first step is to click the Forgot Password button on the home page.
   
   
   
2. Enter the email address for your DiplomaSender account, and click Continue.
   
3. You will be notified when the link has been sent, or if you do not have an account under that email.
   
   If you can't reset your password, the website will let you know at this time.
4. The email will take you back to the DiplomaSender.
   
   
   
5. You are now able to set a new password.
